We are the parents of two children with specific learning differences. They were in a traditional classroom setting and falling through the cracks despite trying to work with the school to get them up to par, and not succeeding in getting any cooperation.

We were yearning for a learning space where they could thrive and be confident, being allowed to find ways to work, despite their differences without feeling afraid. Enrollment at CJ’s Elite Academy changed our lives for the better.

Our children grew confidently and were able to learn and apply concepts. For the first time, they were excited about school and never wanted to miss a day. The setting allowed for academics, personal development, learning life skills and an open and trusting environment.

We are pleased with the progress as it is quite apparent, and we would recommend that any parent with a child who finds it difficult to thrive in the traditional system to consider the enormous growth they would have with CJ’s Elite Academy.

My son Kai has been working with Joy for over a year now. I have seen improvements in his recognition of colors, numbers, letters and also in his writing. He always looks forward to his time with 'Aunty Joy' because he has fun whilst learning.

Since Ashanti has joined the CJ’s Elite family, she has transformed. She was once very shy, but she has become more confident, in her speech and her school work. 

At one point she had alot of difficulty putting her sentences together, and it was very hard to understand what she would be trying to say and one could become impatient. Now Ashanti can talk your head off, using large words, that surprise me. It is really a Joy to see how far she has come.

She also has improved with her school work. I use to have to sit with her and assist with all of her homework. Now she does most of the work on her own, once it's not too difficult and I would check it once she's finished. Most times, there aren't much corrections to be made.

I am most happy at the fact, that Ashanti is very excited to read. She once was not very interested, I believe due to her challenges, but CJ’s Elite has their reading corner, and Ashanti is encouraged to read more. On her trips to town now, she even finds herself being interested in purchasing books.
